It’s been an embarrassingly long time since I have stepped foot in a museum. And even though we (as a showroom) have made a commitment to do at least 1 cultural activity during each of my monthly NYC stays, we haven’t made it much past Citibike bar hopping.
Thankfully I had a my mom in town last month to force some much needed educational activity. After dropping Dad off at the local pub (apple doesn’t fall far) we entered the Museum of Modern Art for what turned out to be an incredibly inspirational experience!
Here’s Mom enjoying some of the modern works in her Seven for All Mankind skinnies and leather sleeved colorblock tee, which she thrift fully purchased at Loehmann’s.
And now for the inspiration! Left feeling the need to add more color-blocking into my wardrobe – thanks to mom’s outfit and many of the works we enjoyed!
